Aces High is a Tactical level board-wargame for 2-4 players that recreates dogfights in the skies of the First World War between 1916 and 1918!
The game represents 25 different historical aircrafts, belonging to the 2 sides: Central Powers and Entente.
Each player takes control of a plane and with his own deck of Maneuver Cards controls its movements to try to make his opponents retreat, or rather, shoot them down.
Basing on the speed of their aircraft, each player chooses which maneuvers they will carry out in the current turn.
The players reveal them simultaneously, then, one at the time, move their planes accordingly. If an opponent comes into your sights, you can shoot him to try to take him down!
All the planes in the game have a deck composed in a certain way to match the maneuvering possibilities of each plane.
In addition to individual aerial duels, the game also features a "Campaign" mode, where through a series of missions you will gain experience to become Veteran and Ace and therefore be able to add the coveted Acrobatic Maneuvers to your deck of maneuvers!

Es un juego en solitario que abarca la guerra del Pacífico, desde el principio de 1942 hasta su final en 1945, pero que puedes jugar independiente en campañas de cada año.
Tu éxito depende del equilibrio vital entre el enfoque estratégico y el táctico. Debes mover tus fuerzas por el mapa para lograr tus objetivos estratégicos, pero también debes pensar mejor que tu oponentes, que será el propio juego) en el campo de batalla.
Al finalizar la campaña, conseguirás la victoria en función de los objetivos en tu poder: Hawái, Midway, Islas Salomón, etc.

Es el verano de 1944 y los Aliados han desembarcado en Normandía. Ahora debes liderar tu pelotón a medida que avanzas en Francia para ganar terreno y hacer retroceder a las fuerzas alemanas.
Te enfrentaras a una fuerte resistencia, fuego de ametralladoras, y bombardeo de mortero, y es cosa tuya cambiar la situación a tu ventaja. Carga en medio del caos de la batalla, mantente firme frente a la oposición y permanece Impávido.

With this expansion players will replace the wooden playing pieces in the three games by wooden blocks that will provide a huge amount of fog of war to the game. Fully coloured stickers of Ships and Legions are put on top of the blocks. On the back there will be stickers of their strength. Information of strength will only be revealed at the moment of combat.
This expansion give the military aspect of the game a complete new approach. It can be used for all three volumes.
